How long does it take to receive my order?
Regular delivery takes 2-5 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail. If you would like a different service method or to expedite your shipment, please add a note to "Your Shopping Cart" while purchasing your order or use the contact us section on the navigation bar.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 7 of receipt you may return any unused item (minus shipping & handling,). The item returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our PandaStone quality assurance. An Item that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than PandaStones cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if item received as a gift is returned by the recipient.
